What is known is that both drivers have commitments through the 2023 campaign. Sainz committed to staying with Ferrari through the 2024 season after signing an agreement in April. Leclerc has a contract that runs through the 2024 season as well. The contract between McLaren Racing Limited and Mr. Piastri, dated 4 July 2022a, is the only one to be recognized by the Board, the tribunal ruled in a unanimous decision soon before Free Practice 2 for the Dutch Grand Prix.
