Both engines are mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission, same like the cheaper models. The SEL comes standard with FWD, while AWD is an option. The SEL Premium is available solely in AWD.

SEL Features

With amenities like integrated navigation, a panoramic sunroof, and the 12.3 Digital Cockpit gauge cluster, the SEL trim really starts to enter high-end territory. It includes a towing kit and a heated steering wheel as well. This trim level adds a ton of safety features, such as automatic high-beam headlamps, lane keep assist, and low-speed traffic jam help. There are second-row captain’s seats available for $695.

SEL Premium Features

The SEL Premium is the best available. It is the only Atlas type that is only offered with three rows. This model comes equipped with leather upholstery, heated rear seats, ventilated front seats, and ambient interior lighting. Additionally standard is a 12-speaker Fender audio system. It has power-folding side mirrors, a surround-view parking camera system, hands-free parallel parking assistance, and other driver assistance features. Second-row captain’s chairs are available for $695, much like the SEL.
