With a capacity to create 18,000 engines each month, the V6 Turbo line will be able to produce a new engine every 58 seconds. With the addition of these extra engines, Toyota Alabama will now be able to produce up to 900,000 engines annually.
The Tundra’s basic i-FORCE 3.5L twin-turbo engine produces up to 479 lb.-ft. of torque and 389 horsepower. The i-FORCE MAX powertrain is the most potent in the Toyota series, with up to 437 horsepower and 583 lb.-ft of torque.
