Baby-Changing Stations
All public restrooms have baby changing stations. Additionally, the Main and Upper Concourses of the arena provide family service rooms.
For supporters entering the venue, bags must be larger than 5.5 x 8.5 inches. To assist make the environment for touchless fans better, there is a stringent “no bag policy” for all other bags. For supporters who require them, bag lockers will be rented out.
In the Toyota Center, banners, placards, and flags are permitted, however they cannot be longer than three feet or taller than three feet. Due to sight limitations, banners, signs, and flags may not be flown during play. Nowhere in the arena may banners, signs, or flags be hung or fastened. Poles used to fly flags or banners are not allowed. Banners, placards, and flags cannot be overtly commercial, pornographic, or disruptive to other fans. Without exception, Toyota Center has the right to take down any banner, sign, or flag.
Off of La Branch Street, the Box Office is situated in the arena’s northwest corner. During events, visitors can access the inside sales windows, which are situated across from Section 111. Eight interior and twelve exterior windows make up the Box Office. When the Box Office is closed, visitors can buy tickets from an electronic kiosk inside the administrative entrance on La Branch St.
