Many thanks to Kimona, Scott, and everyone else. The Goodyear employee told me I could put 195 on the 185 rim. nonetheless advised against it. He did give a reason, and it was reasonable at the time. He advised to reinstall the OEM size because it was a Yaris-related issue.
I believe I am getting a good value. For $80 each tire, fitting and balance are included. The front end alignment will then cost $55. Although not a brand designation, these tires look like MICHELIN XM1+.
