BOX OFFICE

Toyota Stadium’s Main Box Office is situated on the stadium’s North side. On the day of the event, the box office opens four (4) hours before the commencement of the event.

At Toyota Stadium, lost tickets can be canceled and new tickets can be generated using a cutting-edge ticketing and scanning technology. Traveling west on 635 from the east, continue until you reach the Dallas North Tollway. Take the Main St./Cotton Gin Rd. exit off of the Tollway North. Your right side will have the stadium. (16 miles approximately)

Traveling east on 635 from the west, keep going until you reach the Dallas North Tollway. Take the Main St./Cotton Gin Rd. exit off of the Tollway North. Your right side will have the stadium. (16 miles approximately)

DRUM AND DRUM STICK POLICY

Drums are allowed as long as they don’t contain any vulgar, derogatory, or commercial words or designs. Drums must be set down on the ticketed spectator’s lap. No guests’ view, stadium signage, or safety danger may be obstructed by drums. Only “mallet” style drumsticks will be permitted at Toyota Stadium (drumsticks with a big soft round head). Any drum or marching mallet may be taken away and/or confiscated at any time by Toyota Stadium.
