  • Parking structure: The Toyota Center has an exclusive 2,500 space, seven story parking structure. For VIP visitors, the Toyota Tundra Garage has a separate entrance. Additionally, there are more than 10,000 parking spaces available within a short distance. Houston, Texas 77003 is the address of the Toyota Tundra Garage.
  • Parking near the box office: Visitors can park for free in one of two lots near the LaBranch Street box office. Visitors may park curbside on LaBranch Street for up to 20 minutes each day from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in front of the box office windows. Visitors may park at the Toyota Tundra garage for up to 30 minutes every day from 9 am to 6 pm. The box office employee will give you a validation sticker for the garage after you’ve paid for your tickets.
  • Guest Drop Off: Locations for guest drop off and pick up are available on Bell Street between Jackson and La Branch and on La Branch Street south of Polk Street.
  • Parking for people with disabilities is available on the first and third levels of the Toyota Tundra parking structure next to the arena. Additionally, there is accessible parking available on Clay Street between Jackson and Chenevert as well as the nearby independent surface lots.

Is a vaccination required to attend Toyota Center Houston?

A new date will soon be revealed for the J Balvin performance at Toyota Center that was originally slated for May 6th, 2022.

Holders of tickets are urged to keep them safe because they will be honored on the rescheduled date.

Any attendees who purchased their tickets through Toyota Center ONLY and are interested in a refund must do so within 30 days of the new dates being revealed.

The Jose Tour 2022 is expected to be an extraordinary tour, and the event’s organizer has implemented COVID-19 safety procedures to protect the wellbeing of all attendees, crew members, and working staff. All visitors must present documentation of complete COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test result in order to access Toyota Center. Two weeks or more after receiving the second dose of a two-dose series of the COVID-19 vaccine (Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, or another vaccine approved by the World Health Organization) or two weeks or more after receiving a single dose of the vaccine (Johnson & Johnson/Janssen). Both PCR and antigen tests for COVID-19 are valid. There are two ways to show proof of vaccination or a negative test: (1) a phone photo of the vaccination card or negative test result; and (2) a paper copy of the actual vaccination card or test result. As the concert date draws near, check back frequently as this information may change (e.g. based on guidance from public health officials).
