FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
At sports facilities, such as NCAA Division I, professional sports stadiums, and PGA Tour events, clear bag policies are quickly becoming the norm. This rule will contribute to increased fan safety. Additionally, it streamlines the admissions procedure and conforms to other bag/purse regulations in DFW, including as those at AT&T Stadium, Amon G. Carter Stadium (TCU), and Gerald J. Ford Stadium (SMU). The amount of time people have to wait to enter other venues has decreased.
This regulation makes it possible for workers to inspect baggage brought to Toyota Stadium more quickly, allowing visitors to pass through the security gates at the stadium entrances more quickly. We anticipate less delays and shorter lineups for visitors to the stadium.
One large clear bag (14 x 14 x 6 or a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag) and an authorized clutch or crossbody bag are allowed per visitor into Toyota Stadium (no larger than 5.5 x 8.5). The clear bag may be carried separately, however the clutch purse may be searched.
Yes. Visitors are free to transport blankets without a transparent bag. Pocketed blankets will be checked before entering the stadium. At the Toyota Stadium Team Store, blankets are also on sale.
You may transport diapers and other baby essentials in a clear bag. Children included, each member of the family is permitted to enter the stadium with one approved bag and a clutch.
Visitors won’t be allowed past the gates if they bring prohibited baggage to the Toyota Stadium entrances. In these circumstances, guests will need to return prohibited bags to their cars. Visitors can then enter Toyota Stadium by returning with an authorized transparent bag.
AGE/HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS
For sporting events at Toyota Stadium, children who are three (3) feet or shorter are not needed to have a ticket. As long as the youngster does not hinder the view of anyone close, children who are three feet or shorter may sit on the lap of a ticket holder. At each gate, a height verification station will be present. A ticket is required for admittance if a youngster is taller than three feet.
