Every other Toyota model has had Android Auto installed or retrofitted, practically. Android Auto is available on the 2020 Corolla Hatchback as well, but not the sedan. But outside of the US, practically every other country has android auto in the 2020 Corolla Sedan. WHAT. What in the name of God did Toyota do? Wouldn’t you want the 2020 Corolla’s introduction to feature Android Auto along with its completely new redesign? Why would they instruct dealers to inform customers that the vehicle featured Android Auto when it didn’t? Switching to an iPhone seems to be the only option, or spending over $300 on a dubious dongle from Amazon that doesn’t have any information on it. Does the 2020 Corolla Sedan US MODEL have a chance to truly receive Android Auto? Is it simply never going to happen, leaving us all with worthless, massive screens in our cars? Or is Android Auto already included in some firmware update? Is there even a shadow of hope? Any information on this would be very welcomed, so please let me know!
