Do handbags are permitted at Toyota Music Factory?
Bags and purses must adhere to safety and security regulations regarding size restrictions.
However, wallets, clutch single pocket purses, or bags must be small, measuring no more than 4 by 5 inches. Clear bags are ideal. Diaper bags and bags containing medical supplies like prescription medications, breast pumps, and other specialized medical equipment will be allowed as long as they are smaller than 16 in. x 12 in. x 12 in. in order to help our guests who need a purse/bag. These bags must undergo further examination. Arrive early to give yourself plenty of time to go through the additional security screening if you need to enter with a handbag or bag.

Can bags be brought inside NRG Stadium?
The size and types of bags that are allowed are strictly prohibited by the NRG Stadium & NFL Clear Bag Policy. Backpacks, purses, and diaper bags are not allowed while a clear bag policy is in place. Although NRG Stadium highly advises against it, the following items will be allowed:
- A one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag or one clear plastic bag no bigger than 12 by 6 by 12 inches may be carried by each fan (Ziploc bag or similar).
- Fans may transport their belongings in a tiny clutch pocketbook that is no bigger than 4.5″ x 6.5″, or about the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap. There may be a search of these tiny clutches.
- Every ticket holder, even kids, will be allowed to bring a clutch purse and an authorized transparent bag.
- At the stadium gates, there will be a metal detector screening and a thorough examination of any objects being carried in. The stadium does not have any facilities for storing or protecting any forbidden bags. Visitors will be requested to put forbidden goods back in their cars.
- Clear bags may be used to transport diapers and wipes, but diaper bags are not allowed.
- Cell phones and small cameras are allowed as long as they are carried discreetly or in an authorized transparent bag. As long as the lens is less than three inches long, non-professional cameras with fixed lenses are permitted inside the stadium.
- One of the clear plastic bags and a small clutch bag no larger than a hand, with or without a handle or strap, are permitted inside the stadium.
- Medically required objects will be granted an exception following thorough screening at a gate set aside for this purpose. Before being scanned, kindly inform our security team of any medically required items.
- Without pockets, zippers, or other concealable areas, seat cushions may not be wider than 18 inches. Large conventional seat cushions with pockets, zippers, compartments, or covers are not permitted.
The stadium has no policies in place to check luggage or objects that are forbidden. If a fan has not yet entered the stadium, they will be requested to either dispose of their prohibited objects at the entrance or return them to their parked vehicle. Items left behind, lost, stolen, or destroyed are not the responsibility of NRG Stadium or the Houston Texans.
Before reaching the Access Control Points, fans carrying unapproved baggage will be turned away from the stadium. At the access control points, free, disposable clear plastic freezer bags will be provided so that visitors can transfer their items to an authorized bag before entering the stadium. The unapproved, empty bag must be put back in its vehicle or disposed of at the gate in order to enter the stadium.

On Friday, September 17th, Counting Crows will perform live at The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory.
Please be aware that in order to attend this performance, all spectators must present PRINTED proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of the event OR proof of complete immunization (at least two weeks after final dose).
- Prior to entering the facility, all spectators must have a negative COVID-19 diagnostic test within the previous 72 hours and have printed documentation of the result. OR, the fan must possess the original vaccination card or a printed copy of the vaccination card as proof of immunization and be fully immunized against COVID-19 (at least two weeks following the final dosage).
- Unvaccinated children under the age of 12 will need to take a COVID-19 diagnostic test within 72 hours of arriving at the institution, and they’ll need to show printed documentation of a negative result to get inside.
- Unvaccinated spectators over the age of 12 who have a valid medical limitation and a doctor’s letter will need to take a COVID-19 diagnostic test within 72 hours of arriving at the facility and show printed proof of a negative result in order to go inside.
