As a five-seater family SUV, the 2022 Porsche Macan is highly pleasurable and practical. In fact, I believe it’s challenging to surpass! It has a fantastic media system that is simple to use and navigate, and it supports Apple CarPlay so you can use the communication, audio, and navigation apps on your phone.
How simple it is to drag and drop the kids’ music to the back speakers is something I especially like.
There are several possibilities for different view angles down the side of the screen, and the reverse camera image is really clear.

The Macan is a delight to drive; it is maneuverable in cities and suburbs, not too big for crowded grocery stores and kindergarten parking lots, and it is a ton of fun when you want to venture out onto open highways.
The Porsche Macan’s interior features high-quality tactile finishes and subdued branding, and it is just as stylishly restrained as the appearance.
The front headrests that can be adjusted so you may wear a ponytail while driving is one of my favorite features.
The Macan features a great media system that is simple to use and navigate, and it supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. It does feel quite utilitarian as a family SUV.

Similar Audis, BMWs, Mercedes, and other high-end alternatives are equally capable, opulent, and useful. But people will continue to desire one despite that kind of heartless practicality.
This “entry” model is speedy, comfortable, useful, and well constructed; yet, it only receives a 3.5 out of 5 rating due to the lack of a standard AEB, the poor warranty, and the very thirsty engine. Your requirements are everything. Macan is actually smaller than many might imagine. Compared to “similar size” cars as the Audi Q5, etc., it has less space available. We required a car that could accommodate two persons, some luggage, and the occasional extra passenger. We are the ideal fit for Macan.
I believe the Macan is suitable for a family with two young teenagers as a family hauler (based on experience). Passenger and trunk room may be a little constrained with more children, smaller children, or larger children who engage in equipment-intensive hobbies.

It’s not exactly a family car, the Macan. Also not much of a utility vehicle (as I found recently trying to fill it with some boxes and things to transport). What it is, however, is a personal vehicle with sufficient usefulness for a small (and young offspring) family.
In order to create a more driver-focused, intimate, and athletic experience, it purposely compromises the utility and family-oriented features of a Crossover-type car. The Cayenne deliberately trades off a personal, sporty, driver-focused experience for more true SUV utility and passenger space.
The Cayenne’s listed compromises are useless to me, therefore they are regressive to experience, so for me, the Macan is a no-brainer. I can’t speak for you, but if you haven’t, try driving both for at least 20 minutes with family around for the ride, and pay attention to how they react. If the children are young and developing, the Cayenne may be “stuck” with you.
