They may not be talking about the PCM, but rather the computer stalk. When the TFT display by the tach displays Vehicle, depress the stalk. then advance the stalk. Press down until Date/Time is highlighted. Regain your forward motion to change the time. To exit, pull backward. You can adjust a lot of things under the Vehicle area. This was a problem for me as well. PCM would come to mind, but the computer is unique.
