According to images of the vehicle, the hood appears to wrap around the lights, the fender, and the wheel arches? I don’t recall looking at this closely, and I didn’t open the hood of the test-drive vehicle.
For comparison, my wife’s Audi q5 has a hood that opens in the “conventional” manner, with a seam that runs straight down and is rectangular in shape, etc.
On a related point, i’ve seen multiple posts about the door smacking at the edge of the hood/fender seam as it opens. I wonder whether this has anything to do with what seems to be a complicated curved-hood arrangement, or am I misinterpreting this?
