I recently got a Taycan Turbo S order number for my upcoming 2021 model. How can I follow the status of my order like some of you have?
According to a Google search and several of the comments on this page, there is reportedly a “track my dream” app that offers these details, but I can’t find it in the Apple app store. I did discover an app called “My Porsche,” but as far as I can tell, it does not include order tracking functionality.

When you order a new 911 from Porsche, you will be encouraged to utilize their “Track My Dream” app, which allows you to track the development and delivery of your vehicle at every stage. This was announced by Porsche last spring. I believe we who have a 718 on order do NOT have this option; we are apparently not high enough on the food chain.
According to the news release, additional vehicles, beginning with the Taycan, will be offered in the future.

When I placed my purchase a few years ago, my SA periodically emailed me updates on the status and timetable. However, I do recall that the first update was given after the build date and the final settings were locked.
