I researched and considered all reviews before to selecting to buy a car from this dealership. I only came across excellent and wonderful results. This was quite strange to me and sounded far too pleasant. All I can say is that, in the 35 years I have spent buying cars, this was the worst experience I have ever had. Due to my weak work ethics, I was given promises and rewards that I never asked for. If his life depended on it, Mark Hartsel could not be trusted to tell the truth. He lied, broke his pledges, and made false statements. The individual took two days to even make a call that he had promised to return. When I returned to the dealership a week later to seek clarification and speak with the owner, Scott Grapp, Frankie, whom I had initially taken to be serious and genuine, revealed to me that he had been hired to prevent me from speaking with Scott. Every effort was being made by this dealership to keep Scott and I apart. Frankie deceived me all the way through. He made me sign all the documents that were meant to be signed a week earlier. This was done to hide their behind. Frankie was quite skillful in his technique of making sure to correct Mark and the salesman’s errors. They had no intention of admitting their errors or giving me the opportunity to speak with Scott about the management of his company. So ideally Scott will take the time to read the evaluations, meet with me, and have a pleasant conversation with myself and everyone else involved. Mark frequently spoke about how amazing he was and what he could accomplish. He also boasted about the amount of sales this dealership generated. Certainly, I see that. But I never saw or heard about the caliber of the dealership that this was. It would take me several days to write this, so I’ve been quite hazy in what I’ve said. As a result of everything that has been said thus far, exercise caution, ensure that everything is in writing before you start, stay away from Mark, and use caution if Frankie is ever involved. He is trying to patch and cover up things if he is called in, keeping them out of trouble. I can honestly say that this is only the second review I’ve ever written, but I’ve always had positive things to say about my experiences. Everyone who was involved in this situation should feel guilty about their actions. I admit that I’m utterly repulsed by the rudeness with which my wife and I were treated. Scott, you can look up my narrative of how I entered if you are reading this and would need text supporting all I have written here. Under Phillip Cox, it is. On October 12, my wife was there, and on October 19, I arrived via plane from Chicago. This was intended to be my wife’s birthday present. This turned out to be my worst surprise attempt at my wife’s delight. The reason for all the 5-star reviews is that I keep having my customer reviews removed.
