The place. Although I can’t confirm or reject it, my research and reading indicate that this was filmed at St. Augustine Beach in Florida. Additionally, Kia has promised to make a donation to the Texas-based Sea Turtles, Inc. This group exists to aid in the rehabilitation of sick or injured sea turtles.

One of our all-time favorite advertisements of the year is the Kia commercial with the robot dog!
The new ad, which will play during the 2022 Super Bowl and stars Sam Page from Brazen and The Bold Type, will win you over.
The advertisement shows a Robo Dog sitting alone on a shelf at a supermarket as actual dogs receive affection from people. The dog then notices a man (Page) charging his electric car and knows that he might receive love from this man.
When the dog eventually locates the car after sprinting out of the shop, his battery is entirely dead. Thankfully, the man locates him and charges the dog’s battery with the power from the automobile!
