Forza Horizon 5: Will There Be Cars?

In the most recent wave of new material released by Playground Games, more of the complete list of cars for Forza Horizon 5 have surfaced on social media.

The next brand to be revealed is one that has recently been one of the largest by car count across the whole Forza series, whether Horizon or Motorsport: Ford. This comes after exposing every Mercedesboth under the Benz brand and the post-2016 AMG line.

The brand-new 2021 Ford Bronco, one of FH5’s cover star vehicles, is provided by Ford, and we have recently heard about the assortment of brand-new Fords coming to the game. But until now, that wasn’t exactly the whole story.

Because there are so many Fords in Horizon, Playground tweeted the whole listwhich includes the vehicles from Forza Horizon 4over the course of five distinct Tweets. The list is largely unchanged from the previous title:

This 51-car stable does not totally carry over from FH4 like the Mercedes list did. The Lotus Cortina, Mk2 GT40, 1971 Mustang Mach 1, and the Australian XB Falcon GT are notable omissions. The Mustang GT and F-150 Pre-Runner, as well as two rally-spec vehicles, will be missed by DeBerti Design auto enthusiasts.

The SuperVan, Escort RS Cosworth, and Ford Racing Puma are still among the fan favorites, along with other Mustangs, F-Series pickup trucks, and GT models from various years. As this is simply the launch day list, it follows that the absent cars are not necessarily eliminated. It’s still possible that some DLC, car passes, or even free additions over time, like with FH4, will have returnees.

In fact, the Porsche Taycan has the highest speed stat in the game, at 10. The cost is 185,000 credits, but you receive a car with almost unrivaled acceleration for that sum.

Of course, the selection of electric vehicles in Forza Horizon 5 performs a little differently than the game’s standard vehicles. While the driving experience will be identical, there won’t be any engine noise because there are no gasoline-burning components in these vehicles, which makes them much quieter. Electric cars may not be for you if you prefer your Forza Horizon 5 vehicles to make a lot of noise and roar through bends.

They make up for their lack of noise with improved driving performance. The performance statistics are remarkable despite the fact that they are typically more expensive than other mid-range vehicles, so they are definitely worth looking into. There aren’t many electric cars in Forza Horizon 5, and not all of them will win races, but they’re still an interesting list.
