From the first day of delivery, there were jerks, vibrations, and abrupt stops. It tends to roll back when mounting a steep slope, like the one from my basement garage. It repeatedly halted on the way to the first service because of numerous warnings about high transmission temperatures. It has been in the Kia service center for 14 days, and they claimed the ECU needs to be changed. Currently, I’m reading all over the Internet that I should fully depress the brake, shift into neutral whenever there is a traffic jam, never use the brake and accelerator at the same time, never reduce the speed of the car in bumper-to-bumper traffic to less than 10 km/h, and that even if you abide by all the rules, gears can still malfunction. For instance, if you stop the car in drive mode for a longer period of time while applying the breaks, technically speaking, your motor is still going and you are putting a lot of resistance on the rotation; if this is done for a longer period of time, it will of course heat up!
