Automotive Management Services purchases the Fort Myers-based Infiniti.

Plans, description: Automotive Management Services Inc. bought Infiniti of Fort Myers’ company and property estate. The 27,771 square foot dealership facility on a 3.92 acre site was bought by the West Palm Beach-based dealership group for $8.5 million.

$306 per square foot was the pricing. According to the CoStar Group, that amount is greater than Southwest Florida’s two-year average price per square foot for retail space ($140).

Blair White, managing partner of the dealership’s new ownership, claims that the new owner has since changed the dealership’s name to Fort Myers Infiniti.

We were drawn to a boutique with an emerging brand, White claims. “Six new [vehicle] models will be produced by Infiniti over the course of the following three years, along with one new model in July. With Hertz relocating its headquarters here, Southwest Florida is currently experiencing tremendous growth.”
