I own a 2017 Q50, and after numerous attempts, I have never, ever, not even once, been able to connect with anything related to this program or operating system. I wanted the variety of amenities when I decided to rent this for a three-year period. like remote vehicle starting. the alternatives to a heated steering wheel that I would choose. Never, ever have I been able to start my automobile remotely. I could have chosen a BMW and had a car that managed to have every feature listed along with a reduced lease cost. Infiniti is gone in 7 months!

This Infiniti InTouch software is the worst I’ve ever used, especially in light of the fact that Jaguar and BMW both push content from my phone directly to the car navigation screen (music, Google, YouTube), without the need for a sophisticated app. I work in technology. Weeks have passed before this was realized. The classes provided by the dealership are useless because it won’t perform as you would like. I simply need my GPS to be accessible while I’m driving. I don’t want to have to stop and Google something or look up a freaking address. I even considered switching to Android for the full navigation system. $3500 dollars. Great automobile, awful technology.
