Infiniti announces a “Premium Care” package for all 2023 models that includes three years of regular maintenance.
All 2023MY vehicles being delivered in the United States will come with a new integrated maintenance package, according to an announcement made by Infiniti today. Vehicles included by the program receive more dealer services for three years whether they are leased or purchased at retail.
Craig Keeys, Group Vice President of Infiniti Americas, said, “We are happy to provide our customers award-winning services. The following iteration of our commitment to our devoted customers is Infiniti Premium Care, which will further improve their ownership experience by providing them with top-notch programs.
Three years of scheduled maintenance are covered by the package, which also covers tire rotations, oil changes, brake fluid swaps, cabin air filter replacements, tire road hazard repairs, and car rental assistance, albeit the latter will only be offered on select models.
The service can also include Infiniti Valet at participating dealerships. In order to make getting their vehicles serviced even more easy, customers can have their cars picked up from or dropped off at their home or place of business.
Infiniti is not the only company looking to enhance customer service. Executives like Jim Farley of Ford recently made public statements to the effect that the retail model currently provided to American customers only makes sense if dealers are providing them with more services, given the high cost and dependability of contemporary vehicles. While companies like Tesla have completely abandoned the dealer model, rivals like Genesis have taken steps to make their retail experience as convenient as possible by providing at-home services to clients who are interested.
The 2023 QX55, which goes on sale this month, will be the first vehicle to have Infiniti’s Premium Care service. Every subsequent vehicle purchased for the 2023 model year will come with the service.
Prepaid Maintenance Plan for INFINITI Elite
The best way to safeguard your brand-new INFINITI lease or purchase is with an INFINITI Elite Prepaid Maintenance Plan. You can ensure that your INFINITI QX50 or Q60 remains in excellent shape and maybe avoid future, more expensive auto repairs by keeping up with routine auto maintenance. There are four distinct maintenance plans available from INFINITI. The 2-year INFINITI Elite Scheduled Prepaid Maintenance Plan, which is currently free with the lease or purchase of any new INFINITI car, is the most comprehensive of them. Make sure to visit our INFINITI dealership close to Little Rock, Arkansas, before it’s too late to take advantage of this INFINITI service special offer since it will only be valid from now until January 4th, 2021.

The carmaker announced last week that every 2023 Infiniti vehicle now includes three years of free scheduled maintenance. Acura did the same for the three-row Acura MDX vehicle in 2023, which now includes maintenance for two years or 24,000 miles.
The premium manufacturers join a chorus of mainstream and luxury automakers who include routine maintenance when you buy a new car. Close collaboration with dealer service departments may help to increase customer satisfaction and lessen the sticker shock associated with historically high car prices.
The 2023 Honda Odyssey receives the same standard tire rotations, multi-point inspections, and oil and filter changes as the MDX, but Infiniti applies its program to all six of its models, beginning with the 2023 QX55 that is currently on sale at dealers. The three-year warranty for the brand includes all of Acura’s advantages in addition to brake fluid changes, cabin air filter replacements, and tire repairs. Some models are eligible for help with car rentals. Some dealers provide free valet service, picking up and returning the car to its location of residence or workplace.
The powertrain guarantee is for six years and 70,000 miles under the Infiniti promise, but the planned maintenance mileage varies depending on the engine type. The complimentary service is valid for three years or 22,500 miles for the sophisticated variable compression turbo-4 engine in the QX50 and QX55, for three years or 30,000 miles for the V-6 engine in the Q50, Q60, and QX60, and for three years or 45,000 miles for the V-8 engine in the QX80.
Along with Volvo, BMW, Genesis, and Jaguar, Infiniti and Acura round out the lineup. Jaguar offers an industry-best 5-year/60,000-mile service package. But not only luxury or premium brands offer routine maintenance when you buy a new automobile. In addition to its industry-best guarantee, Hyundai offers three years or 36,000 miles of free maintenance. Kia does not.
Volkswagen offers the same time frame but has a cap of 20,000 miles, while Toyota includes 2 years/25,000 miles of service.
Assurance Options
You get free maintenance at the dealership if your INFINITI is still covered by the warranty. Your maintenance will always be covered if your warranty is continually extended. Dealers provide warranties on the repairs themselves when you need them, whether or not your automobile is still covered by warranty. As a result, you can take it to another INFINITI dealer to have it checked out again under warranty if the repair isn’t perfect. There are instances when INFINITI warranties are also available for used cars. Why wouldn’t you go to the dealer for repairs if you are already covered under warranty?

The dealer, not Infiniti, is in charge of the first complimentary oil change. My dealer gave me my first oil change for free, and I had mine done after 2,000 miles.
Blend is simply ordinary oil. If you change your oil every 5,000 miles or so, synthetic is not really necessary. Synthetic oil is the best option if you intend to replace your oil every 10,000 miles.
I received free basic maintenance from Infiniti for two years. The paper makes it very clear that it just provides routine oil changes. My dealer changed my oil and only used standard oil.
I believe that the maintenance package I purchased was a scam because it does not even use synthetic oil. Blend is the term used. Even I am unsure of what that implies.
Another person informed me that the first oil change on every new Infiniti vehicle is complimentary. Is this a fact?

Is upkeep free while under warranty?
Routine maintenance is not covered by auto warranties. In fact, deviating from the manufacturer’s suggested maintenance schedule can cause your car warranty to expire. A maintenance plan is now often included in the cost of buying an automobile by some manufacturers.
