Install a system that is compatible with Apple CarPlay aftermarket

You can still add Apple Carplay to a 2019 Infiniti or earlier model of vehicle. As I approach my Q50 Red Sport 400 test vehicle in Nashville, it doesn’t appear to have undergone much change from the 2017 version. However, according to Infiniti, the Sport model-specific front is brand-new and has a double-arch grille, wider air dams, a more pronounced front lip, and LED accent lights.

This most performance-focused variant in the Q50 collection has a more aggressive appearance from the back thanks to thinner LED bulbs and a two-tone lower diffuser.

As Infiniti maintained the primary arrangement of the dash untouched, slipping onto the driver’s seat feels comfortable. Some people may be able to see minor differences, such as the thicker steering wheel, shifter, and more accent stitching on top of the dashboard, if they look closely enough.

I navigate the carryover Infiniti InTouch infotainment system, which has a responsive 7-inch touchscreen below and an 8-inch screen at the top of the center console, as I start along the driving path.
