Smart Hyundai Ads Make Things Vanish As You Get Closer To The Screen
The 2018 Hyundai Elantra’s “No Zones” technology informs you when oncoming traffic is detected in your blind spots. The excellent advertising campaign created by Ukrainian agency Tabasco to promote this feature illustrates how driving with blind spots impairs your vision.
On the left of the three print advertisements are a car, a bike, and a kangaroo; on the right is a rearview mirror. The things vanish if you close your right eye, concentrate with your left eye on the rearview mirror, and move closer to the screen. The video is below.
Instructions:
1. Shut the right eye.
2. Use your left eye to concentrate on the rearview mirror.
3. Get closer to the monitor. The thing on the left will vanish.
The absence of light-detecting photoreceptor cells on our optic disc, which is the elevated disc on the retina at the point of entry of the optic nerve, causes the things on the left to vanish. This is referred described as a scotoma or blind spot.

How Hyundai is using the term “Okay Hyundai” to attract Black customers

Observe someone driving a car that improves the market as a whole? Right, Hyundai!”

It’s the ideal nod to both Hyundai and our potential customers taken together.”
According to Hyundai Motor America’s Chief Marketing Officer Angela Zepeda, “what distinguishes this campaign is its relatability, which we believe broadens Hyundai’s voice in the marketplace.”
