What does a 2020 Hyundai Azera cost?
Hyundai may no longer sell the Azera in North America, but only days after pre-orders began, the facelifted 2020 Grandeur seems to be a tremendous success in Korea.
A record-breaking 32,179 pre-orders for the brand have been placed for the executive car by Hyundai in just 11 business days. On November 19, the carmaker made the official specs and price announcement ahead of the nation’s launch.
Since the photo gallery accomplishes that far better than this essay does, we won’t discuss the design here. However, the Grandeur has been given a facelift, measuring 4,990 mm (196.5 in) longer, 10 mm (0.4 in) wider, and with a wheelbase that has increased by 40 mm (1.6 in). The cabin will be more spacious as a result, especially for those riding in the back.
As seen in the pictures, the interior is much more opulent and high-tech than before, with a pair of 12.3-inch displays for the infotainment system, redesigned steering wheel and shift controls, a center console covered in leather with touch-operated controls for the new air conditioning system, a 64-color ambient lighting system, and more.
The 2020 Grandeur is equipped with a variety of safety assist features, such as Parking Collision-Avoidance Assist-Reverse (PCA-R), Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist-Junction Turning (FCA-JT), Blind-Spot View Monitor (BVM), Safe Exit Assist, Remote Smart Parking Assist (RSPA), and Highway Driving Assistance (HDA) semi-autonomous technology. How many miles can a Hyundai Azera travel?
Depending on the trim level, the 2015 Hyundai Azera’s maximum highway driving range is between 518 and 536 miles.
What year is ideal for the Hyundai Azera?
The 2013 Hyundai Azera, which was completely redesigned last year, is perhaps the best-looking big sedan on the road today. Additionally, it is among the most potent and fuel-efficient vehicles. It provides the best features, many of which are standard, and is still an excellent value.
What caused the Azera to be retired?
Hyundai is officially discontinuing the Azera, which is bad news for fans of full-size Korean four-door sedans. For those who aren’t familiar, the Azera was somewhat akin to a Korean Toyota Avalon (and if you are, we don’t blame you). Greater in size and capacity than a Sonata, but not quite as opulent as a Genesis vehicle, and priced accordingly.
Hyundai stated in the Azera’s official obituary that the Sonata’s recent resurgence and the growth of the Genesis premium brand were to blame for the vehicle’s demise. The Azera’s time in the automaker’s portfolio had come to an end as those two models simultaneously moved deeper into its market. At least, it is the stated justification. We believe that the Azera’s poor sales performance was the underlying cause of its demise. Only 4,942 Azeras were sold in the US last year, according to Carscoops. There are not many Azeras there.
The starting price of a Hyundai Azera, which is equipped with a 293-hp, 3.3-liter V6, is $34,100. On a new or used example of this recently deceased system, however, we imagine one may get some rather substantial reductions. If you want yours to have that new car fragrance, just don’t hang around for too long.
There is still the Kia Cadenza for those of you huge Korean sedan veterans (you guys exist, right?).

With a Hyundai car or SUV, you not only get the Hyundai warranty but also lower prices for almost all of the available options. Hyundai clearly wins this contest when we compare the warranty coverage offered by Toyota and Hyundai side by side. The warranty covers a number of areas. Basic bumper to bumper protection is provided. Additionally, we observe coverage for the hybrid battery, the powertrain, and corrosion. There is also the added consideration of roadside help.
A Toyota car or SUV is protected for 3 years/36,000 miles, compared to 5 years/60,000 miles for a Hyundai car or SUV’s standard bumper to bumper coverage. Hyundai provides a 10-year/100,000-mile powertrain warranty, whereas Toyota offers a 5-year/60,000-mile guarantee. Both Hyundai and Toyota offer unlimited mileage corrosion coverage for 7 and 5 years, respectively. Finally, both manufacturers offer limitless coverage for roadside assistance. Toyota only offers two years, but Hyundai offers five.
