My 2019 Santa Fe SE has a little over 22k miles on it. When a door is opened, the inside overhead lights will not turn on. When the buttons on the ceiling are pressed, they do turn on. When the lift gate is raised, the back light turns on. The interior lights used to turn on when a door was opened, but they stopped doing that recently. The owner’s handbook has been checked, but it is of little assistance. I’m sure that some setting has changed, but I can’t seem to figure it out.

I tried opening the doors, but the interior light wouldn’t turn on. It appears like I flipped the switch. As a result, each map light is a switch that can be turned on or off by pressing it. The left black switch toggles both of them on and off.
