The heated seats on the 2020 Palisade Limited and other variants cannot be turned on via the Blue Link app, but all other heated features can, including the steering wheel, defroster, and mirrors.
Customer Service at 855 225 8354 informed me that this was not currently an option and that they were unsure of when it would be. Quite disappointing as well as very shocking!

I want to use the winter remote start, especially the heated seats option, as the weather is growing colder. On the main Remote Start page, there is an icon for heated seats, but there is no switch to turn it on in the various preset panels. Anyone with knowledge on how to turn on the heated seats?
Personally, I have this question. The MyHyundai app for iOS includes a heated accessory option and says heated seats, but when I choose this option, the only heated accessory that appears to be in use is the rear window defroster.
