The horizontal adjustment appears to be fixed, but I couldn’t find any screws to do it. There might be a plastic cap on the screws.

An H7 bulb is used for the low beam. Given how packed the bulb region is, I believe it is simpler to pull the housing unit out (which only takes a few minutes) and reach the bulbs. To replace, first remove the bulky plastic cap, which reveals the bulb. Cut the cord (red arrow, first picture). A holding tension clip is visible (yellow arrow, second picture). As shown in the third image, push it down and rotate it out of the holder (yellow arrow). The bulb can then be removed. Avoid touching the glass surface with bare fingers when installing the replacement bulb, and try to avoid scraping the glass surface against the metal casing. There is just one way the bulb can travel; look for the notch (red arrow)
