Financial experts advise automobile owners to limit their monthly vehicle finance payments to no more than 20% of their gross monthly income.
This means that if you want to purchase a Hyundai i20 for R6,260 a month, your gross monthly income before deductions must be at least R31,300.

The i20 now appears to be a mature hatchback, not only in terms of features, spaciousness, and appearance, but also in terms of the available powertrains. The 1.5-liter diesel engine seems like the greatest all-arounder in the lineup and is extremely polished. It excels at city driving and shows itself to be a competent motorway cruiser. The 1.2-liter gasoline CVT seems more suited for city driving. While commuting, you won’t be able to complain about its refinement and power delivery, but on the highways, it falls short.
