I placed an order for 2022 white/beige AWD caligraphy on November 8, 2021, but I haven’t heard anything about delivery. What delivery times have you recently encountered for the vehicle you ordered.

On November 10, 2021, I placed my order for an Ultimate Calligraphy AWD 7-Pass in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Four weeks ago, Hyundai Canada acknowledged the purchase and informed me that my vehicle is number 34 on the priority list and is expected to be constructed in January 2022. The email lacked a VIN number.

There was not another update until three days later. The dealer emailed me to say: “In September, Hyundai made their final palisade. After that, they halted Palisade production until January, so virtually everyone who ordered is still waiting. There are none to be found anywhere, and used ones cost as much as new ones.

Regarding your palisade, I’m hoping it will arrive by the last or first week of February. It is becoming more challenging because of the new COVID regulations.”

If that isn’t possible, they try to allocate one to that dealer on your behalf that has already been constructed (or at the very least, ordered by Hyundai USA and will be built shortly).
