Your rear window defroster is turned on (#11 in the diagram above). In addition to heating your back window, this will also heat your mirrors. The heated mirrors cannot be turned on or off separately or in any other way.
Your mirrors have electricity. They include an electric motor so you can move them while seated in the driver’s seat. Power folding mirrors are not the same as power mirrors.

They are warm, yes. In fact, it is mentioned on the page of the manual that covers the rear window defroster. When the rear window defroster is turned on, a device known as the side view mirror defroster activates.
