Hello everyone. I have an inquiry. Anyone ever try installing an OEM 360-degree camera on a SEL trim? The only additional feature I would like is a 360-degree camera, and I already have a SEL with the premium and convenience packages. According to my understanding, switching mirrors, adding a front camera, and switching the back to the surround view option should not be too difficult. (On the dealer’s website, there are two separate back cameras, one with surround view and the other without.) I’m also unsure of if the module is already present or whether I need to add it. This functionality is already put on lower trims in many other nations, including Canada, so I believe it should be fairly plug-and-play. How do you feel? Has anyone chosen this route instead of aftermarket?

Palisade from Hyundai: What’s new?
The MSRP of the 2021 Palisade is $32,675. For $33,150, you can start driving a 2022 Hyundai Palisade. A very small price increase is required to add more standard features. Additionally, because these prices reflect the MSRP, they are provided without destination fees and dealership markups.
The destination fee has increased by $40 since 2021 to $1,225. Additionally, adding all-wheel drive to any model costs $1,700. AWD isn’t typically an option on base models, so being able to add it to any trim is a good advantage.
The main adjustments to the Hyundai Palisade for 2022
Due to the additional driver aids, this 2022 Hyundai Palisade is likely the safest model ever. Blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic warning are now standard on every Palisade model. The forward-collision warning, lane-keep assist, driver attention monitoring, pedestrian recognition, and rear parking sensors are further features of the standard safety package.
Front parking sensors, a head-up display, and a 360-degree parking camera are further features of the Palisade Limited.
The two highest models also include a driver intercom, albeit this isn’t strictly a safety feature. Without being distracted from the road, drivers can communicate with the passengers in the backseat through the radio.

It shows a merged image from the side mirror camera’s four different viewing angles (left, right, front, and back).
If you travel at a speed of at least 15 km/h while the front SVM is operating, SVM will be disabled.
Even at this point, if you travel at 15 km/h or less, SVM remains in the OFF state.
Does the Hyundai Palisade offer a bird’s-eye perspective?
The second view, on the right side of the screen, uses all four cameras to provide you with a clear 360-degree bird’s eye perspective of your vehicle.

What Palisade trim is made of leather?
There are a total of four trim options for the 2022 Hyundai Palisade, but it can be challenging to identify the ones that come with leather. Both the SE and SEL trims have plush stitched-cloth seats in either black or gray.
If you choose the Premium package, leather seating is also an option for the SEL trim. It should be emphasized that in order to purchase the Premium package, you must also purchase the Convenience package. Only the SEL trim level has both of these items. This time, you have a choice between black, gray, and light beige for the interior.
The Limited and top Calligraphy trim levels are available above the SEL trim level. Each of these top two trims offers a leather alternative. It’s opulent quilted Nappa leather, also available in light beige or black.
What distinguishes Palisade Limited from Palisade Calligraphy?
With two premium trim packages—the Hyundai Palisade Limited and the brand-new top-of-the-line Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy package—the Hyundai Palisade is an excellent third-row seat SUV for larger families.
The primary visual distinction between Palisade Limited and Calligraphy is that the latter has a more upscale and opulent appeal. One example of how the Calligraphy gets more complicated is the grille. The headlamps are also more slender and fashionable.
Where the two trims’ levels of luxury really diverge is in the cabin. While the Palisade Limited features regular leather seats, the Calligraphy gets Nappa leather ones. The Calligraphy also has a shift knob and steering wheel with wood grain. Additionally, there are additional USB ports in the Calligraphy.
