Why does Tohru not marry Yuki?
From that point on, he doesn’t annoy Kyo because his cousin got the girl Yuki himself desired. The only reason he does it is to prevent Kyo from hurting Tohru. This choice makes sense to Yuki and is fairly original to him when he ends up with Machi, a fellow student council member.
How many children did Kyo and Tohru have?
Tohru Honda (, Honda Tru) is an orphaned high school student who moves in with Shigure, Yuki, and Kyo Soma at the beginning of the narrative in return for housekeeping. She enjoys cooking, thinks she’s a great housekeeper, and works as an office janitor after school to help pay for her tuition so she won’t have to rely on her grandfather. She is portrayed as being courteous, upbeat, incredibly kind, and unselfish; nevertheless, a number of other characters, including Saki, Kyo, Rin, and Rin advise her that she needs to take care of herself and not take on the responsibilities of others. Tohru frequently speaks formally in the original Japanese (see Honorific speech in Japanese), though not always accurately. She took up this practice from her father, Katsuya, after he passed away when she was three, as an attempt to take his place in her mother’s eyes. [26] A few months prior to the beginning of the novel, Tohru’s mother, Kyoko, reared her alone until she passed away in a car accident just after she started high school. Tohru frequently refers to Kyoko as the most significant person in her life, adores her photo, and feels guilty for being “unfaithful” to her mother’s memory when she falls in love with Kyo. [28]
Tohru becomes upset throughout the first half of the series as she learns about the zodiac curse and how it affects the people she cares about. When she finds out that the perilous Akito is the “god” of the zodiac, she decides to end the curse.
[29] She doesn’t initially acknowledge that she wants Kyo released the most. [30] Tohru perseveres obstinately in her purpose despite obstacles, both external and internal, and frees Kyo and her companions in the end. [32] She moves to another city with Kyo in the final chapter so he can continue his martial arts training, and it is revealed in the epilogue that they have a son and a granddaughter. [33]
Tohru and Kyo are married and have three children in the Fruits Basket Another prequel series, with their eldest son Hajime serving as the male lead.
What is the real form of Kyo?
In the Fruits Basket series, Kyo Sohma (,Sma Ky, “Kyo Soma”[2]) is one of the deuteragonists. He was raised by Kazuma Sohma as an adoptive son when his mother passed away and his biological father rejected him.
The Cat, an animal that would have been a member of the Chinese Zodiac had the Rat not duped him into missing the ceremony, is the ghost that has cursed Kyo. In addition to being treated unfairly, being insulted, and facing detention, Kyo is an irregular member of the Zodiac. When his Juzu bead bracelet is taken off, he transforms into a hideous, foul-smelling monster. He has committed his life to destroying Yuki Sohma, his biggest enemy, whom he has held responsible for all of his misfortunes.
At the start of the series, Kyo moves in with Yuki, Tohru Honda, and Shigure Sohma. Kyo is charismatic and hot-blooded, if a little socially uncomfortable. As the plot develops, Kyo develops feelings for Tohru, and gradually his broken heart is mend by discovering true love in her. In the process, he musters the courage to continue living in spite of his regret, reservations, and difficulties.
His oldest son, Hajime Sohma, serves as one of the main protagonists in Fruits Basket Another. He is married to Tohru and the father of three kids.
Has Tohru broken the curse?
Let’s first examine the Sohma curse in more detail. The curse was cast by a lonesome guy. He was once visited by a friendly cat who expressed his desire to be by his side. The man was overjoyed by this and went on to establish more relationships. The man eventually enjoyed feasts with other animals and desired to do so for a very long period.
He then cast a spell to ensure that no matter how many times they were reborn, their friendship would never end. Since that time, the Sohma family members have taken on the forms of either the God or one of the thirteen animals. Akito is the God in the manga.
The spell’s sole purpose was to keep the animals together, but because God is so strong, the Zodiacs can suffer both bodily and emotional harm from God’s rejection. With this, the family member who later revealed himself to be God abused the other family members.
The first curse to end was Kureno’s. Ten years before to the story’s beginning, it occurred. The Sohma family members recognize this as a sign that the curse is beginning to fade. They think that, like Kureno, their curse will eventually vanish, but for some reason, something happened that caused the curse to vanish more quickly than they had anticipated.
Tohru and the members of Zodiac grew close. She was the one who accepted Kyo because she was the one who loved the unloved. Another occasion when the curse was broken involved one of the Zodiac members rebelling against God or seeking independence from him.
Akito and Tohru became close. Tohru won her over by showing sympathy and making a friendship offer. The remaining members of the Zodiac would subsequently be liberated if Akito destroyed the Cat’s Room. She added that she just wants to be a regular young woman and not a special God. This led to the bonds becoming weak and breaking.
In conclusion, Tohru ended the curse by simply being herself. With an open heart, Tohru forged relationships with the Zodiacs and strengthened those bonds through her concern and love for her companions.
Who got Kagura married?
Kagura, who will be working and is packing up from the main house, and Ritsu, who has cut his hair short and started dressed in masculine apparel, are shown spending time with one another toward the end as they have begun new chapters in their lives. The two discuss Shigure’s decision to stop writing novels and his official move in with Akito at the Sohma compound now that the curse has been lifted. When the subject of marriage is brought up, Kagura inquires as to Ritsu’s plans to wed Mitsuru, the editor of Shigure. To Kagura’s dismay, Ritsu makes an attempt to put on his kimono once again while still astonished and embarrassed by the question. Despite the jokes, they discuss Kyo and Tohru and recall the times they spent together. Ritsu is informed by Kagura that she will be seeing them off, but it seems that she is only doing so for Kyo and not Tohru. Ritsu chuckles because he is aware that Kagura wants the two of them to be content. [6]
Given that Kagura has a son who attends the yearly Sohma banquets and is pals with the other Sohma kids, including Sora Sohma, it is assumed that she finally got married.

What made Tohru choose Kyo?
Tohru has a real interest in Kyo’s life and pursuits and a desire for discovering new things about him. He is also able to discern the true nature of Kyo beneath his brash and irritable exterior. With time, Tohru starts to think of Kyo, along with Yuki and Shigure, as her family.
With whom does Akito end up?
In the Fruits Basket series, the main antagonist is Akito Sohma (,Sma Akito, “Akito Soma”[2]). She is Ren and Akira Sohma’s lone child.
Akito serves as the “God” of the Chinese Zodiac and is the patriarch of the Sohma family. Akito is portrayed as being mysterious, irritable, and violent, and as having left many Sohmas with emotional and physical scars. On the other hand, Akito is the victim here because Ren made her live as a man out of fear that Akito would take her place in Akira’s heart. Akira unwittingly misled Akito into believing that she was “special” and would be loved by the Zodiacs no matter what she did in an effort to comfort her.
Akito comes to the realization that by holding onto these links, she was harming herself more than the other Zodiacs and resolves to let them go in support of Tohru’s efforts to remove the curse, despite her total loathing for Tohru Honda for “breaking apart her bonds with the Zodiacs.” Shigure Sohma, whom Akito is in love with, eventually moves in with her after their animosity ends, the curse is lifted, and she starts dressing and living as a woman.
She is Shigure’s wife and the mother of Shiki Sohma in Fruits Basket 2.

In 2001, Fruits Basket’s original anime adaptation aired, and in 2019, a remake was released.
This anime tells the touching (and heartbreaking) tale of Tohru and the Soma Family, whose members are imprisoned by the spirits of the Chinese Zodiac.
The anime series Fruits Basket ended after three wonderful seasons, and as a result, we already know all the couples. They do offer a lot of nice pairs, if I must be honest.
With whom does Momiji end up?
Momiji wed a woman at some point, and they had a daughter together named Mina Sohma. His daughter reveals that Momiji is now a highly busy businessman who is constantly traveling after inheriting his father’s company. One can infer that he has also made up with his mother or at the very least tolerated her for Momo’s sake based on the fact that his sister Momo now understands that Momiji is her older brother as she is his helper.
