According to the Japan Skating Federation, figure skaters Marin Honda and Keiji Tanaka were in a car accident on Tuesday and were treated for relatively minor wounds.
The two skaters who participated in Skate Canada’s Friday-Sunday competition were on their way, according to JSF director Yoshiko Kobayashi on Thursday.
