The absolute WORST service we have ever had at a car dealership was from this dealership. We just came here from Alabama, and our BMW has a service light on. The morning was the ideal time to arrive because the wait would not be as lengthy, I was told when I called and scheduled an appointment for 3/18/22. After four hours, we were informed that the car needed some service and that our $3,500 extended warranty from the Huntsville, Alabama BMW shop would only cover a fraction of the costs. Additionally, they added that even after the repairs were made, our issue might not be resolved. The Service Manager stated that they would fix our car despite receiving approval from the extended warranty provider, but that they would need to hold onto it until they actually received payment from the warranty provider. We just moved here five days ago, don’t have our second car with us, and have other appointments today, so my husband asked if we might obtain a loaner. He informed us that only their “valued customers” receive loaners from them. Despite the fact that we recently moved to the area and haven’t had a chance to build a loyal customer base, we have owned the BMW for more than 5 years. The Service Manager and the General Manager, whom we wanted to speak with, refused to make any attempt to assist us. Furthermore, until we requested if we could talk to you about this in your office, we had all of our talks with them right there in the center of the service area. After waiting for five hours, we still had a service light on our car, which made us quite unhappy. The diagnostics cost $200, so be aware of that. Without the normal BMW wash, it took them an additional 45 minutes to get our car to us after we told them we wanted it back. In general, the service manager and general manager were disrespectful, patronizing, and exhibited microaggression. Never in my life would I spend money at a place like that. ***** is my husband’s name on the repair.

Institutional investors frequently compare their own returns to those of an index that is widely used. Therefore, they typically do think about purchasing larger businesses that are represented by the applicable benchmark index.
We can see that institutional investors indeed own a sizeable part of the stock of Bayerische Motoren Werke. This may suggest that the business has some level of credibility among investors. It is best to exercise caution when relying on the alleged validation provided by institutional investors. Even they occasionally make mistakes. You can observe a fast decline in share price if several institutions simultaneously change their opinions on a stock. Therefore, it is important to review the earnings history of Bayerische Motoren Werke. Of course, what counts most is the future.
There are no hedge funds that possess Bayerische Motoren Werke. With 19% of the outstanding shares, Susanne Klatten is the company’s largest shareholder at the moment. Stefan Quandt and AQTON SE are the second and third largest shareholders, holding 15% and 8.2% of the outstanding shares, respectively.
Further investigation revealed that the top 8 shareholders own more than half of the company’s shares, which may indicate that the interests of the larger shareholders are somewhat counterbalanced by those of the lesser shareholders.
While researching an organization’s institutional ownership can be beneficial to your research, it is also a good idea to look into analyst recommendations to gain a better understanding of a stock’s anticipated performance. There are many analysts that follow the stock, so it could be worthwhile to see what their predictions are as well.
