What therefore does the G80 M3 Competition have to offer as perhaps the final M3 to be produced by BMW? I’ll start by talking about the notorious G80 component. the grilles up front. Once you look past the grilles, the G80 has a decent overall aesthetic that might even, dare I say it, grow on you.
The press car’s interior was painted Kyalami orange, a very divisive interior color. Even when viewed from the outside, it was still noticeable, but again, this automobile is all about standing out. Inside, the carbon theme continued with a steering wheel and central console made of carbon fiber. A central element between the driver’s legs, which I can only describe as a carbon fiber “male parts” tray, was made of a combination of leather, Alcantara, and of course, carbon fiber in the seats. The chairs have gaps on either side of the lower back region to save weight, which is probably done so that the backseat passengers may tickle the front seat occupants. The cost of a G80 BMW
This 2021 BMW M3 is just magnificent. Every day I enjoy driving it more and more. I probably need to take a step back since I gained 10,000 in the first six months. Just how enjoyable and nice is it? It was a fantastic automobile before the upgrades, but it is now a ferociously powerful vehicle. It is a four-door, quiet, comfortable family vehicle that is also a good commuter and supermarket hauler. However, it transforms into a roaring, enormous racer with the touch of a button and the accelerator. It really is a master of none. For the last 8,000 miles or so I’ve had the JB4, the clutch hasn’t slid once despite pushing so much torque and power.

Which motor powers the G80 M3?
Customers faced a challenge with the G80 BMW M3 that they had never experienced with an M3 previously. Before this G80, purchasing a BMW M3 was rather simple. The base model comes with a rear-wheel-drive, six-speed manual, 3.0 liter turbocharged inline-six engine with 473 horsepower and 406 lb-ft of torque. The Competition has the same engine but produces 503 hp and 479 lb-ft of torque. It also only comes with an eight-speed automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive. Last but not least, the Competition xDrive has all-wheel drive but the same powerplant as the Competition.
Then there are some other crucial choices. Choose between the ultra-sport carbon fiber racing buckets or the normal, sort of grand-touring seats, which are both generously padded and quite comfortable. Although seats may seem like a minor consideration, the two seats’ very different characteristics can alter how a car feels entirely. You can also select carbon ceramic brakes, which significantly alter how the car feels when braking.

How many horsepower is a G80 M3?
For everything, there is a first time. For the first time in BMW’s history, the 2022 M3 has all-wheel drive. It’s the ideal opportunity for enthusiasts to test out its driving prowess, and TopSpeedGermany wasted no time in doing so on the German Autobahn.
Let’s face it, though. Perhaps the most ravenous animals on the planet are humans. We are continuously on the lookout for more since we can never have enough nice things. Despite the 2022 BMW M3 G80’s capable 503 horsepower, German tuner Infinitas feel that 710 horsepower (720 ps) is about right.
In their most recent post, the TopSpeedGermany crew conducted a top speed test on the Autobahn using a 2022 BMW M3 Competition G80 XDrive with a stage 1 tune from German tuner Infinitas.

A factory 2022 BMW M3 Competition G80 XDrive has a twin-turbo 3-liter in-line six engine that produces 503 hp/510 ps (375 kW) and 479 lb-ft (650 Nm) of torque. It is coupled to an 8-speed automated transmission. It has an all-wheel-drive system, with a rear-wheel-drive model included. The new M3 will accelerate from 0 to 60 miles per hour in 3.3 seconds and from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour in 3.5 seconds, with a top speed of 290 kilometers per hour (180 mph).
But this 2022 BMW M3 vehicle isn’t your typical one. There is a little bit more juice in the can with the Infinitas tune, producing 217 horsepower more than the stock model.
The Infinitas-tuned M3 G80 xDrive devours the asphalt at top-end sports car speeds when it’s time to hit the Autobahn. This M3’s ease of reaching 190 mph+ is possibly its most thrilling feature.
Going upward has little effect. On the straights, it thunders to 195 mph (314 km/h) and easily reaches 186 mph (300 km/h). When you realize that the 2022 M3 also functions as a daily driver, the metamorphosis is amazing to witness.
This M3 spins quickly and responds perfectly to steering inputs. It stops as soon as it accelerates to 190 mph thanks to its carbon-ceramic brakes. The driver smoothly navigates erratic terrain and confidently changes lanes.
The 2022 M3 G80 achieves 100 to 200 km/h (62 to 124 mph) in 6.2 seconds during the test, which is a fantastic feat for a daily driver. We are excited to explore its possibilities with further songs.
