Although it was revealed in a lawsuit brought by 11 LIV players that Mickelson was first suspended for two months, with two additional extensions pushing it into 2024, Monahan has indefinitely suspended any player who competes in a LIV event. Since January, the six-time major champion has been absent from PGA Tour competition.
