Some companies are better suited to sole representation, especially those in metropolitan or large-scale locales, whereas multi-franchise is better suited to less expensive places with reduced land prices.

According to Wiseman, it will be “fascinating” to observe how premium companies “view themselves in the future,” and many of them will come to the realization that a “one size fits all” strategy doesn’t work.
