Procedure

  • Place key in ignition. Start the engine without applying the brakes. Never start the car.

  • Press and hold the odometer (ODO) reset button as soon as the service light turns off. The oil or brake symbol will appear on the middle of the dashboard after five seconds.
  • RESET or scroll to throw the service items using the buttons on the stalk to the left of the steering column (CHECK / BC). When you see the oil symbol, halt.
  • Press and hold the ODO reset button for an additional 5 seconds after the oil sign appears on the dashboard.
  • A RESET message will appear on the dashboard.
  • Press and hold the ODO RESET button once more after letting go.
