Anyhow, it is a thing of great beauty (small things and all that) to fold the mirrors—just push the lock button (the BMW badge) and hold for about one second till the mirrors fold in. Simply unlock the vehicle as usual to get them to unfold.

I appreciate your response, Rounderman. Only buttons to modify each mirror are present by the X1 mirror controls. Therefore, I’m considering the possibility that my model doesn’t support that function.
