Common Rail Injectors from DELPHI – Always need engine coding. 16 alphanumeric characters (for C2i injectors) or 20 characters (for newer applications) constitute a typical code (C3i injectors). The injector head is typically where the code is located.

The majority of DENSO Common Rail injectors require coding, while some very early models might not. Depending on the manufacturer of the car, a typical code length is 16–24 alphanumeric characters.
