After a disagreement between Deep and A-train, Supersonic attempted to enlist A-train for their covert squad because he believed he could be trusted. However, A-train soon turned on Starlight and Supersonic, earning Homelander’s loyalty once more. The thing that Homelander despises the most is when those close to him plot to harm him. He desires to be surrounded by those who will adore him, treat him like a god, and pamper him. A rebellion has no place in God’s shrine, so Homelander quickly and ruthlessly killed Supersonic to put an end to it. When Homelander escorted Starlight to a terrace following an event in “The Boys” Season 3 Episode 4, it was revealed that Supersonic had passed away. Starlight finally saw Supersonic’s melted face and amputated leg on the terrace, likely the result of coming into touch with Homelander’s laser eyes.
Homelander warned Starlight to stop organizing and plotting against Supersonic after killing him, warning that doing so would have serious repercussions.
