The 2021 MLS Cup Presented by Audi will be shown on ABC on Saturday, December 11, during Portland Timbers vs. New York City FC at Providence Park in Portland. Pregame show coverage will start at 3 p.m. ET (kick at 3:23 p.m.). The ESPN and ABC apps will also stream the game live.
The English-language networks of ABC and ESPN International will broadcast match commentary from play-by-play announcer Jon Champion and analyst Taylor Twellman. Sam Borden, a global sports writer, will make his MLS Cup debut this weekend as a sideline reporter after his critically lauded work on the EURO 2020 and U.S. Men’s National Team World Cup qualification assignments. In the booth with Champion and Twellman for the MLS Cup, rules analyst Mark Clattenburg will make his professional debut.
The head coach of the Colorado Rapids, Robin Fraser, will appear with presenter Sebastian Salazar and three-time MLS Cup champion Alejandro Moreno as analysts on ESPN and ABC studio shows coming from Providence Park in Portland. Fraser, a nominee for the 2021 Sigi Schmid MLS Coach of the Year Award, led Colorado Rapids to the best regular-season record in the MLS Western Conference this season. Fraser is one of the nation’s top sports minds and a former member of the U.S. Men’s National Team and MLS.
The 45-minute MLS Cup pregame program will be hosted by Salazar, Moreno, and Fraser from Providence Park at 2:15 p.m. At 3 p.m., the ESPN App, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, and the Xs and Os show will be followed by an ABC broadcast.
Where can I watch the Summit of Audi football?
The Audi Football Summit Match between D.C. United and FC Bayern Munich will be televised live in English on NBC Sports Washington and streamed on ESPN+ on July 20 at 7:30 p.m. ET. The most recent manager of Bournemouth was Woodgate, who won the position over candidates like Patrick Vieira and Thierry Henry after having a successful tenure as caretaker manager.
CB: Ledley King
King, a one-club star, ended his injury-plagued playing career in 2012 and transitioned from Tottenham ambassador to first-team assistant coach in 2020.
