The TSI rods appear to be heavier than the FSI rods as well. Hence, the incredible sIII TSI powerband from APR. The TSI engine appears to be able to spin up a 2871 as quickly as an FSI can spin up a K04. The FSI engine has a very little top-end advantage, but it is nothing in comparison to the TSI engine’s wide powerband.
