A/C in the third row of the Audi Q7?

I reasoned that since I live in Houston and our winters are mild, I didn’t need the cold weather package.

The third row of my X7 does not have any AC vents, which I just noticed. I had the misconception that without the 5-zone climate control, the third row’s temperature would automatically be set to the second row’s; I never would have imagined BMW would remove the vents! There are vents in the third row of even a base Tahoe, which costs half as much as an X7. The third row of every three-row SUV I am aware of has a vent.

This does not make me pleased as I reside in Houston where the summer temperatures regularly reach 95 to 100 degrees F. I did a ton of research on this automobile, and no paperwork makes this point clearly. The fact that my captain seats have vents in the center console that will let some air into the third row is the only redeeming grace I have. You’re in trouble if you have the bench seat but not the cold weather package.

Overall, I’m still pleased with the X7, but we’ll have to wait and see how this summer plays out and whether or not my third-row guests voice any complaints.

We finally asked the salesman, who had no knowledge, where the third row vents were after spending some time looking.

There is no third-row vent on the Infinity XC60, however there are USB ports. The older ones, in my opinion, have vents.

The majority of the third row are so little that only children can fit comfortably back there, therefore I just don’t understand why this is an optional component.

Without a doubt, this is bullsh*t! After investing so much money, I can’t image how irate you must be to discover after the fact that you lack what ought to have been basic equipment.
