Hello, I don’t believe the answer to my query has been given yet. Is there any hardware that prevents obdeleven from removing component protection? I wouldn’t mind purchasing an additional license in order to accomplish that. OBDeleven can’t be used to remove CP. Only the dealer has the ability to accomplish this.

What can ODIS be used for?
We adapt to the times as Birmingham’s premier experts in Audi, Volkswagen, Seat, and Skoda vehicles.
to meet the growing requirements of new vehicle systems. ODIS, or Offboard Diagnosis Information System, is brand-new diagnostic software from Volkswagen Group.
This will work with all new Volkswagen Group vehicles (Audi, Volkswagen, Seat, and Skoda) (in some cases new vehicles such as the new Audi A3 or even the Volkswagen Golf Mk 7 can only communicate with ODIS).
In stark contrast to its predecessor, the VAS PC, is this system. The computers link to our computer network as soon as the car is connected to the ODIS system. Therefore, each time it is linked, the diagnosis computer communicates with the Volkswagen Group factory database.
ODIS can perform straightforward tasks that are typically only available at main dealers, such as investigating fault memory and repairs to resetting service indicators. Connecting the ODIS computer system is necessary for several tasks, including key coding, replacing ECUs, and updating manufacturer software.
The system of their choice will be available to our technicians. It goes without saying that ODIS will be chosen for all modern automobiles. But if we so want, we can always return to the “earlier stuff.”
In order to keep up with technology, we must also change constantly. To continue to be Birmingham’s leading independent specialists, Central Audi VW continually invests in new technologies and tooling.
