  • Please be cautious when removing the connector from the Audi music interface to prevent damage to the connection.
  • To connect devices with an inbuilt USB connector, use a USB extension cord (e.g. USB sticks). The Audi music interface and your USB device will both be protected from harm as a result.

  • The media center might not display content that has been modified on a mobile device1 linked to the Audi music interface. Reset the Media settings to their factory defaults in this situation.
  • Only USB storage devices are supported for video playback using the Audi audio interface, according to the system (e.g. a USB stick). Smartphones and other Apple or MTP devices are not recognized as USB storage devices.
  • Mistakes with the iPod or iPhone also affect how the device operates while using the MMI. In this situation, kindly restart your iPhone or iPod.
