For the 2017 model year, just 394 Performance 4.0T quattro tiptronic RS7s were made in the US. Only 19 had the Mythos Black/Black Valcona Leather & Comfort Sport Seat interior, out of the 85 that were made with Mythos Black as the exterior color.
