I’m trying to figure out how to set up the selective lock feature in a 2016 Rogue that I recently rented.
There are only, as far as I can tell, two options: selective lock off, which prevents the doors from unlocking when the car is stopped, and selective lock on, which enables the doors to unlock when the car is stopped, put in park, the ignition is switched off, and the key is withdrawn.
It is annoying to have to really turn the car off and take the key out when I am only dropping someone off. When I put my previous vehicles in park, the doors would always unlock.
