Our Armada was taken to the dealer for a number of concerns, but when it came to the BCI Malfunction problem, they said, “It’s supposed to do that” HAHA. Seriously???? They claimed it occurs when you perform a lane change or turn without utilizing a turn signal. Then we have to shut off the engine, wait a little, and then start it again, and everything is OK. The car is back at the dealership for the same issue for the fourth time after much discussion and frustration. The issues began on September 4, 2019, after I bought the car brand-new on June 13, 2019.
