Why can’t Honda do the same with the Accord if Chevrolet, Hyundai, and Kia were successful in getting rid of the V6 in the most recent Malibu, Sonata, and Optima, respectively? The Honda Accord hybrid will undoubtedly come back, but turbocharging makes sense from an economic and cultural standpoint due to the examples established by its rivals.
